Office Assistant
We are looking to hire a motivated individual to work part-time in an office support position at our main office located in Glyndon, MN. Hours can be flexible as needed. Must have basic computer skills and be able to comfortably read and understand basic maps. Experience is preferred but not required, with the MN/ND 811 Locate System.
Main duties will include submitting 811 dig locates online, obtaining oversize/overweight permits, Right-of-Way Permits, and proofreading grants/bids/informational material.
Other duties include assisting other staff with office-related projects, job fairs, occasional supply runs, and keeping the office space clean.
